Course Objectives: The aim of the course is to train students with knowledge, skills and attitudes that will increase the productivity and quality in health services, provide the most suitable service for the conditions of the day, can meet the expectations of the patients / customers, will not repeat the same things that others do and will make a difference.

The students who have succeeded in this course;

1. will be able to define health service or production method.
