Course Objectives: | The purpose of this course is to understand and discuss different concepts, and approaches issues related to crisis and crisis intervention in preventive mental health which has a very important place in psychological counseling. Also it is aimed to discuss related to situational and developmental crisis to identify and teach crisis intervention skills related to situational and developmental crisis |
The students who have succeeded in this course; 1.Define situational and developmental crisis. 2.Know crisis intervention strategies and skills. 3.Learns the different concepts and issues related to crisis and crisis intervention in preventive mental health which has an important place in psychological counseling. 4.Understands the different phases of crisis. 5.Learns the basic concepts and approaches to crisis and crisis intervention. |
