Course Objectives: This is the prerequisite of Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law I. It analyses procedures that determined in Enforcement Law. Regulates the basic concepts of Bankruptcy Law and bankruptcy prosedure. Analyses Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law prosedures which arises from substentive law. It provides to determine the prosedure to be applied.
