Course Objectives: | The main objective of the course is to provide essential knowledge on the general concepts of enforcement and bankruptcy law. Enforcement law procedures are examined in this course, by which claims derive from material law can be fulfilled through state. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; I. Define the major concepts of Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law. II. Determine the enforcement procedure. III. Analyze the relation between claimant and borrower. IV. Analyze the objection procedure to the claims. V. Complaints about state enforcement agents' acts and operations. VI. Analyze execution procedures on bill of exchange |
