Course Objectives: The main objective of the course is to provide essential knowledge on the general concepts of enforcement and bankruptcy law. Enforcement law procedures are examined in this course, by which claims derive from material law can be fulfilled through state.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
I. Define the major concepts of Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law.
II. Determine the enforcement procedure.
III. Analyze the relation between claimant and borrower.
IV. Analyze the objection procedure to the claims.
V. Complaints about state enforcement agents' acts and operations.
VI. Analyze execution procedures on bill of exchange

2.Week: Office of Execution, Functions and Responsibilities of Office of Execution, Fees and Expenses, Notifications
3.Week: Complaints, Parties, Functions and Competences through Execution without court decision, Execution through foreclosure
4.Week: Procedure of Execution, Objections, Anulment of Objections.
5.Week: Withdrawal of objections.
6.Week: Temporary withdrawal of objections, Discharge of Debt Cases
7.Week: Midterm
8.Week: Anulment and Suspension of executions, Types of Cases about executions
9.Week: Foreclosure
