Learning Outcomes

1 Students will comprehend the role of value judgments in communication
2 Students will learn about the problems that result from sender/receiver in interpersonal communication.
3 Students will comprehend the importance of empathy in positive communication
4 Students will understand the importance of emotions and their role in communication, as well as the importance of the parent-teacher relationship, the teacher-teacher relationship and the teacher-student relationship
5 Students will learn about the basic concepts of communication, communication models,components of communication and human communication.
