Course Objectives: In this course, it is aimed to give the skills of critical reading and evaluating of scientific reports of researches conducted in nursing with teaching the steps of scientific research process to the students

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1 Understands the importance of research in nursing,
2 Knows the steps of the scientific research process,
3 Orders the steps of planning, implementation and managing of a research,
4 Critically reads and evaluates a research article,
5 Understands the importance of ethical principles in a research,
6 Learns the scientific presentation preparation and presentation methods.

The course contents are scientific research process steps, critical reading and evaluating of research reports, ethic in research, scientific presentation preparation and presentation methods
