I. Recognition of the fundamental principles of property law
II. İdentification of situation related of the restriction of the absolute domination
III. Detection of characteristics of easement rights within the concept of limited real rights in rem
IV. Ability to detect characteristics of pledge right within the concept of limited rights in rem
V. Detection of characteristics of real burden within the concept of limited rights in rem
