Course Objectives: | The objective of this course is the examination of typical agreements in various codes, especially in the section of special obligations of Code of Obligations and atypical contracts encountered in law practice. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; I. Examination of typical contracts regulated in Code of Obligations and in various codes and atypical contracts often encountered in law practice. II. Identification of basic rights and debts of parties. III. Recognition of various contract types and its characteristics after theoretical and practical studies. IV. Analysis based on the knowledge gained and resolution of legal issues on contract law |
