Course Objectives: Students to develop their skills and sufficient physical strength, stamina, flexibility, correct lifting and carrying ability by gaining it is aimed to gain.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1 Explain the importance of exercise and bodybuilding from the perspective of the professional.2 Using a variety of techniques, develop their physical abilities and thus better handling techniques may implement the process of moving.

Course Content

The effects of physical activity and sports on the human body, physical and mental health in terms of activity, the purpose of training and basic principles, basic features and development of compound motor, first in the water basic water skills development and lifeguarding, first aid, performance improvements in paired studies on the development of the ability to coordinate the work of the force, basic climbing techniques, survival, and nature in search and rescue, vehicle and tool-less climbing techniques survival and search and rescue techniques in winter conditions and includes the development of skills such as teaching.
