Course Objectives: | To provide those, who will intervene in cases of accident and injury, playing a determining role in maintenance of life, injury prevention and shortening the healing process. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; At the end of this course, student will be able to, 1. explaine the general concepts of first aid. 1.1. defines first aid 1.2. recognizes the systems that make up the body 1.3. describes the steps of the initial assessment of the injured 1.4. defines the basic life support 2. summarize the first aid to be applied on traumas 3. summarize the techniques for carrying patient and wounded. |
