Course Objectives: The objective of this course is to give basic principles of the law of property and a knowledge about possession, land registry and real estate ownership.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
I. Determines the subject of property law.
II. Identifies and discerns the types of the concept of possession.
III. Evaluates the acquisition and the loss of possession.
IV. Evaluates the lawsuits in case of loss of possession.
V. Analyzes the land registry system.
VI. Analyze the legal process related to land registry.
VII. Assess the legal possibilities of against improper registration.
VIII. Assesses the scope and types of property rights related to immovables.
IX. T Analyzes the condominium ownership system in Turkish Law. .
X. Evaluates acquisition, loss and the restrictions of real estate ownership, and the tenant's responsibility constraints.

Week 6: The registration of immovables to the land register ; The records to the land register page (Registration)
Week 7: Records relating to the land register page (Commentary and annotation); The Provision and Invalidity of land register records
