Course Objectives: | To give informations about provisions in special provisions part of Code of Obligations in the light of the doctrine and jurisprudence and to give information to show the scope of application of these provisions. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; I. He defines the types of contract. II. He analyzes atypical contracts and determines the applicable provisions to these. III. He determines the legal status of the seller in sale agreements. IV. He determines the legal status of the buyer in sale agreements. V. He distinguishes differences between the types of the sale agreements. VI. He determines the legal status of the lessor in rental agreements. VII. He determines the legal status of the tenant in rental agreements. VIII. He analyzes legal aspects of termination of rental agreements and eviction as a result. |
