| Course Objectives: | Paramedic students to gain knowledge and skills about the application of advanced life support and rhythms to diagnose, emergency drug in the protocol and algorithms. |

The students who have succeeded in this course; The students who succeeded in this course; will be able to understand and apply the Advanced Life Support Applications. will be able to apply basic and advanced life support protocols will be able to apply airway management in the event of cardiac arrest. will be able to apply biphasic and monophasic defibrillation. will be able to external cardiac pacing may (in consultation with the center). will be able to assess and evaluate of pulse oximetry and blood gas can inform the relatives of patients before and after cardiac arrest. |
Course Content
| Advanced Life Support Perspective, human factors and quality during resuscitation. Recognition and prevention of the patient's condition is deteriorating cardiorespiratory arrest. Acute Coronary Syndromes. Resuscitation in the hospital. Advanced Life Support Algorithm. Airway and ventilation , Cardiac Monitoring, ECG and Rhythm Recognition, defibrillation, cardiac pacing. Prearrest Rhythms. Cardiac Arrest in Special Cases. Aftercare resuscitation. In Pre-Hospital Cardiac Arrest. Blood Gas Analysis and Pulse Oximeter. Decisions about resuscitation. Resuscitation informing the relatives of patients. |
