Course Objectives: | Transportation and Logistics become more and more important as globalization emerges. Trade and International relations start to play a significant role in logistics. Thus the need for law and regulations to solve the conflict as well as to regulate the ecosystem. In this course, the legal environment that surrenders transportation will be discussed, with a given emphasis to practical cases in Turkish transportation sector. Besides the theoretical framework, examples from the practical cases are used in class discussions. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; Those who take this course will be; informed of legal framework and cases confronted in Transportation and Logistics, and knowledgeable of laws and regulations. |
