Course Objectives: It is aimed to enable students to comprehend the psychological and sociological aspects of human behavior; effects of factors such as personality, culture etc. on behavior; communication and its importance.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1. Have knowledge about human behaviors in social and business environment.
2. Knows the theories which explain how human behaviours emerge.
3. Knows how people's learning, motivation and recognition processes work.
4. Knows about interpersonal differences and similarities.
5. Knows about culture, culturel differences, stres and their effects on behaviour.
6. Have the knowledge about the fundamental concepts related with communication.

Course Content

Behaviors, and its basis, motivation, attitudes, belief, values, and attribution processes, learning, personality, culture, groups, and group behaviors, leadership, stress management, and communication concept are the main topics of the course.
