Course Objectives: Aim of this course is to instruct the students about basic concepts of gamma camera, scintigraphy and PET-CT as important imaging techniques.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1 - Prepares the patient for gamma camera imaging.
2 - identifies the different anatomical regions on scintigraphic images.
3 - Applies the principles of scintigraphic imaging.
4 - Performs PET-CT imaging.

Course Content

Gamma camera imaging systems, scintigraphic imaging of different anatomical structures and the PET-CT are the content of this course.
