| Course Objectives: | The aim of this course; To provide students with basic knowledge and attitudes to discuss the present and future of the profession in the light of the country's health policies and the principles of professionalism in nursing, and to carry out management activities related to the planning, organization, execution, coordination and control of nursing services. |

Will be able to outline the management process and organization of nursing services; 3. will be able to discuss the position of nursing within the health professions in the light of professionalism principles and today's health policies; 4. Will be able to explain basic management approaches in nursing services; 5. You will be able to summarize the human resource management functions of nursing services |
