Course Objectives: | It is aimed that the students are informed on the concept of criminal law, the historical development of criminal law, the sources of criminal law, the principle of legality, the extradition of criminals, the application area of criminal codes and general theory of crime. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; 1. Has the knowledge on the criminal law concept. 2. Has the knowledge on the history of the criminal law. 3. Has the knowledge on the sources of the criminal law and the principle of legality. 4. Has the knowledge on the general theory of crime. |
