Course Objectives: Improvement of international naval rules and standarts; Structure, activities and importance of International Maritime Organisation, sea environment protection, naval safety and maintenance of maritime security, responsibility and compensation matters amd their international regulations, informing students about these subjects and helping them comment on them and application of them to some concrete events.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1. They acquire the knowledge of commenting on international naval law.
2. They gain basic knowledge of international naval law.
3. They are equipped with basic knowledge of naval law of nations.
4. They gain skills of conducting some legal subjects by learning the impact degrees of some particular national and international establishments.
