Course Objectives: Aim of study is give information to students about water chemistry, corrosions and fuels

1. Can calculate water resources, units which is using water analysis and transformation calculations, water compound
2. Can known water acidity,alkalinity, hardness
3. Can do disinfestation
4. Can known physical and chemical properties of water

Course Content

Atoms, molecules, compounds, solutions, suspensions, ions, ph scale, oxidation, corrosion, anode-cathode. Chemical and physical properties of sea water,sea paints,water tests,water treatment, caldron waters chemistry. Hydrocarbon, oil chemistry.

1) Headwaters, units which are using waters analysis and transformation calculations students will be directed to do some preparation about the forthcoming subjects one week before.
2) Chemical tests students will be directed to do some preparation about the forthcoming subjects one week before.
3) Calculation of possible water composite students will be directed to do some preparation about the forthcoming subjects one week before.
4) Acidity of waters, alkalinity of waters students will be directed to do some preparation about the forthcoming subjects one week before.
5) Hardness of waters students will be directed to do some preparation about the forthcoming subjects one week before.
6) Hardness clearance processes: Chemical methods students will be directed to do some preparation about the forthcoming subjects one week before.

8) Ion changes, membranes students will be directed to do some preparation about the forthcoming subjects one week before.
