Course Objectives: In this course, basic concepts of capital market law, capital market institutions, securities and other capital market instruments, open joint-stock company, the registered capital system, the proxy system will be examined to solve legal issues in practice.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
Students will identify basic concepts involved in capital markets law.
Students will understand the capital market institutions and solve the practical problems.
In this course students will be able to explain the legal institutions applied especially in the field of publicly held companies.
Students will be able to solve the problems that may occur in publicly held companies through legal instruments and legal actions
