| Course Objectives: | This course aims to outlines the Turkish Company Law and the corporations in detail; to address the solutions for the possible disputes between The Company and its shareholders / third parties within the light of case law and the comparison of provisions in the previous and the current Commercial Codes. |
Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course; Students will be able to make a comparative analysis of the previous and the new Turkish Commercial Code. Students will evaluate the changes and the new institutions brought by the new Turkish Commercial Code in the field of corporations Students will have information about the duties and powers of bodies in the joint stock company, responsibilities, and shareholder rights. Students will have information about the solutions regarding the conflichts of interests in Companies |
