Course Objectives: The objectives of the health law course are to inform student about the developments at the medicine field, to identify the legal problems created by those developments and to help students to find solutions for those problems.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
I. Examines the latest developments in the field of medicine.
II. Evaluates medical developments within the framework of civil law, criminal law, human rights, social security law and philosophy of law.
III. Determines the legal problems created by the developments in the field of medicine.
IV. Find multidisciplinary solutions to the legal problems created by the medical developments.
V. Becomes aware of reflections of medical developments to the area of law.
