| Course Objectives: | This course aims to examine the trademark right in detail; the determination of the owner of the trademark right, the protection of the right and the subject matter of legal proceedings in the possible disputes between the Parties and the provisions of the provisions of the applicable law of the Law of the Court of Cassation and comparative. |
Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course; I. I. Defines the concepts of brand and patent and categorizes the types in the light of the stages of historical development. II. Issues of copyright /patent rights it detects that who is the owner of, or who may be, and accordingly, the acquisition and protection of the trademark applies to administrative and legal procedures that must be followed. III. Brand rights /patent right which is the legal process that determines the may be subject and in what context. IV. In the light of the relevant legislation provisions, it shall determine the legal provisions that should be applied in disputes related to the trademark right and the patent. V. Examines what extent the trademark right and patent right are protected in Comparative Law and in the context of international agreements. |
