Profile of the Program

The Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management (ENG) is designed to develop and inspire creative individuals with an interest in starting or developing innovative ventures that have the potential to make a significant impact on industries, economies, and communities. The program offers students the knowledge and the skills to assess and implement new ideas, to create and manage new ventures, develop entrepreneurial management practices and create supportive environments that foster and enable innovation. The program provides professional capabilities not only to potential entrepreneurs but also to “entrepreneurial professionals” and managers with an entrepreneurial outlook who wish to stay within an organization and practice entrepreneurship by generating new ventures under the corporate umbrella.

Specific Admission Requirements

Students who apply to the program must have completed 4 years of undergraduate education. For applications to Master with Thesis, it includes the result of Academic Personnel and Graduate Education Entrance Exam. (55 or equivalent score of ALES EA, SAY or SÖZ related score types) English Proficiency Result document (Minimum score for application: Foreign Language Exam (YDS): 65, Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): 79, BAU Language Proficiency Exam: 65, YÖKDİL: 65) is available.

Qualification Requirements and Regulations

Students who complete this Program will be entitled to a Master of Business

Recognition of Prior Learning

from the courses they took at the previous education institution within the framework of certain regulations. If the content of the course taken is in accordance with the content of the course given at BAU and it is approved by the relevant institute directorate, the student may be exempted from this course.

Starting their own business, being an entrepreneur in research and development departments of companies

Access to Further Studies

Pursuant to the regulation published in the Official Gazette dated February 6, 2013 and numbered 28551, students who graduated from the master's program without thesis can apply to study in doctoral programs only if they meet the specified prerequisites.

3 Being able to independently carry out a work that requires expertise in the field.
4 To be able to critically evaluate the knowledge and skills acquired in the field of expertise and to direct their learning.
5 Ability to critically analyze social relations and the norms directing these relations, develop them and take action to change them when necessary.
6 To be able to use the knowledge, problem solving and/or application skills they have internalized in their field in interdisciplinary studies
