Dersin Amacı:	Bu ders, çatışma yönetimine dair farklı tanımlar, perspektifler, aktörler ve araçlar hakkında genel bir bakış sunmaktadır. Çatışma ve barışa yaklaşımlar, temel varsayımlar ve metodolojiler ile bunların vaka analizleri çerçevesinde tarihini ve gelişimini inceleyen ders, çatışmaların neden ve nasıl ortaya çıktığını, tırmandığını ve dönüştüğünü kavramayı hedefler.

4. Devlet, devlet-dışı ve örgütsel aktörlerin çeşitli çatışma yönetimi uygulamalarının performanslarını değerlendirir;
5. Aktif sorgulama ve eleştirel düşünceye yönelik beceriler geliştirir.
