The aim of the program is to bring forth competent mechatronics engineers who can use current technologies to conduct scientific and technical studies within the framework of ethical principles, engineers who can participitate in applied research and development programs and who has abilities to contribute to the universal science and technology. |

Students graduating from a four year B.S. program can be accepted to the Master’s program. Those applicants who do not have a B.S. degreee in Mechatronics Engineering can be accepted to the Scientific Preperation Program in which students must take and pass some undergraduate courses. Since the instruction language is English, applicants must document their proficiency in English. Foreign students are eligible to apply for acceptance to the program. |
The students graduating from this program are awarded the Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mechatronics Engineering. |
At Bahcesehir University , full-time Master’s students can be exempted from some graduate courses within the framework of the related by laws. If the content of the course previously taken in another institution is equivalent to the course offered at BAU, then the student can be exempted from this course with the approval of the related graduate school after the evaluation of the course content. |
Graduates of the Mechatronics Engineering Master’s program can find employment in private or goverment sector factories and firms (appliances, automotive etc.), research and certification institutions (TUBITAK, TSE etc.) and also can initiate their own companies. |
The students graduating from this program may apply to third cycle (Ph.D. degree) programmes. |
