Course Objectives: The main objective of the Course is to introduce to the students the basic information on the legal order and also some of the areas of private law that they will face in their daily professional lives.

1- Improve legal awareness and legal reasoning about labor relations.
2- Improve a comprehensive understanding about the legal foundations of concepts and applications that they would encounter in their professional lives.
3- Distinguish the employment contract from the other contracts.
4- Define the rights and obligations of the employee and the employer based on the employment contract.
5- Evaluate legal consequences of termination of the employment contract.
6- Analyze the regulations about wages and working and resting times.
