Course Objectives: The objectives of the course are to develop creative structural solutions, mental and manual skills, create new forms by taking ergonomics into consideration and add identity and personality to the furniture.

Course Content

In this course, the meaning and function of modern furniture design, furniture structural systems, creative sketching techniques and product enrichment are explained to the students. Moreover, they execute design exercises regarding the aforementioned subjects during the course.
