| Course Objectives: | Students will gain advanced knowledge about the fundamentals of organizational behavior, including the topics of leadership, work motivation, organizational culture, organizational structure, group dynamics, perception, decision-making, and cross-cultural interaction. 1.To introduce main ideas and concepts of organizational behavior. 2.To increase understanding of the theories, principles, and practices of organizational behavior. 3.To allow participants to evaluate and understand organizational behavioral situations and determine the best course of action. |
