Course Objectives: | The objective of the course is to make students using their basic knowledges from Law 1011 (General principles of constitutional law) and Law 1012 (Turkish Constitutional law) understand and reason current constitutional developments by using also doctrinal theories and comparative law. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; I. To be aware of constitutional developments. II. Apprehends government and the relationship between the state and individuals. Determines the problems in this and give forward proposals. |
Course content will be evaluating due to the current developments each year. |
