Course Objectives: | This lecture's goal is to determine the problems which are rooting from the statutes and the rulings and bring forward proposals which are shaped by international law and international jurisprudence. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; I. Determines the current constitutional complications and bring forward proposals. II. Defines the relation between fundamental rights - freedoms and democracy. III. Knows and uses the the ECHR system and it's jurisprudence due to Turkey being a side of it. |
