Learning Outputs

The students who have succeeded in this course;
The students who have succeeded in this course will be able to;

- Use appropriate representational media, such as traditional graphic and digital technology skills, to convey essential formal elements at each stage of the programming and design process;
- Develop 3 dimensional presentation skills;
- Facilitate the use of the computer in design process;
- Deploy the 3d modelling systems effectively as a drafting and presentation tool.

Course Content

Effective presentation is an important component in an architect’s spectrum of abilities and skills. From research and analysis phases to concept and final production, appropriate technique of communication is the key to express the ideas behind an architect’s work in every stage of design. This course introduces students to the practical conceptual and technical skills required to create effective and compelling presentations using different software. Instead of concentrating on a particular software, this course familiarizes students with a wide range of 2D-3D drawing, animation and presentation programs to provide an extensive perspective about digital presentation techniques.
