Course Objectives: | The course aims to provide the advanced knowledge about how individuals and groups behave in organizations and also insights on how this knowledge may be applied to improve performance and organizational effectiveness. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; The students who succeeded in this course; will be able to define the fundamentals of organizational behavior which are required to increase both individual and organizational performance will be able to analyze real life problems and finding solutions to these problems will be able to evaluate behaviors of individuals or groups and gain conceptual knowledge to analyze them |
Individual behaviors, communication among individuals , communication in group and between groups that takes place in organizations, conceptual tools for analyzing behaviors, role of management to improve individual, group and organizational performance are some subjects of this course. |
