Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to teach the students the fundamentals of sport management and to provide information about the scope and structure of sport organisations. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; The student knows the basic theories of Sport Management and identifies the scope of sport business. He/she can identify the main business factors relevant to sport companies and associations. The student understands the role of management disciplines in sport organizations. He/she is able to distinguish the specific nature of sport products and explain the different aspects that make sport different from conventional business. |
