Course Objectives: The goal is for students to use informations learned on general principles of antitrust law, general provisions, exemptions, merger and acquisitions,organization of Antitrust Authority, control of board and board decisions, when they resolve antitrust law issues.

Learning Outputs

The students who have succeeded in this course;
I. He distinguishes basic concepts of Antitrust Law.

II. He detects violations which disrupt proper functioning of competitive markets.

III. He analyzes applicable sanctions in case of breach of Antitrust law principles.

IV. He detects legal effects of Antitrust Authority's decisions in concrete cases.
