Course Objectives: The course aims that the students can analyze foreing policies of different states in light of theoretical perspectives given.

Learning Outputs

The students who have succeeded in this course;

Will be able to classify the factors effecting foreing policy making as internal, external, psychological, and social.
Will be able to examines how psychological conditions of leaders direct foreign policies of states.
Will be able to explain how regional powers are effective foreign policies.

Course Content

This course will be provided information to student about the international systems, foreign-policy orientations, objectives and instruments of diplomacy, foreign policy outcomes, interactions between international actors.
