Course Objectives: This course is about how artificial intelligence has transformed and will transform administrative law. The meeting of public power with artificial intelligence brings with it various legal problems. It is necessary to address how the general regime regarding the legality control of the transactions to be established by the artificial intelligence administration and the responsibility of the administration has changed.

The students who have succeeded in this course;
Students taking this course will have the ability to comment on the legality control of transactions established by artificial intelligence. In addition, students will have a detailed idea about whether the administration can be held responsible for the damages caused by artificial intelligence.
