| Course Objectives: | The purpose of this course is to show students how to conduct a literature review and how to present, discuss and defend a scientific topic in front of an audience. |

The students who have succeeded in this course; 1. Knows how to conduct a literature review in the field. 2. Learns how to evaluate existing information. 3. Learns how to convey information to the audience in the best way. |
| As part of the course, the student researches current issues in the field he/she studies, discusses this literature review with his/her advisor, and explains the foundations of the work he/she will do in his/her doctoral thesis to other students taking the course. |
