Course Objectives: It is aimed to know the diseases which are common in adult individuals and to grasp the principles of diet specific to diseases, to form diet programs and to practice diet programs.

Describe the definition, etiology, complications, findings and nutritional therapy of eating disorders.
Recognize the definition, etiology, complications, findings and nutritional therapy of diabetes mellitus and reactive hypoglycemia.
Describe the definition, etiology, complications, findings and nutritional therapy of gastrointestinal system diseases.
Describe the definition, etiology, complications, findings and nutritional therapy of skeletal system diseases.
Identify the etiology, complications, findings and nutritional therapy of liver-pancreas-biliary diseases and alcohol dependence.

It includes the definition, etiology, complications, symptoms and medical nutrition therapy of Obesity, Cardiovascular diseases, Hypertension, Eating disorders, Diabetes Mellitus, Reactive hypoglycemia, Gastrointestinal system diseases, Skeletal system diseases, Liver-Pancreas-Bile duct diseases and Infection diseases.
