Course Objectives: | To permit students to deepen their knowledge on kinship and guardianship, a subject with a broad field of application, especially by enabling them to follow high court decisions which often alternate. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; Student who have succeeded in this course: will deepen their knowledge on the law of kinship and guardianship. will be competent on high court decisions regarding kinship and guardianship. will learn how to interpret legal dsipositions and use them to resolve the conflicts arising from kinship and guardianship. |
