Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to provide students with the basic knowledge of pathology, the basic concepts of the subjects, the etiology and development mechanism of diseases, and the methods used by pathology.

1- Explains the basic principles of pathology.
2- Learns the basic concepts of pathology.
3- Understand the etiology and development mechanisms of diseases and have in-formation about the methods used by pathology.
4- Can explain about pathological conditions and diseases.
5- Knows adequately how to approach pathological situations.
6- Defines the basic mechanism and morphological features of inflammatory reactions, counts the types of inflammation, and knows the clinical reflection of inflammation.
7- Have information about wound repair.
8- Have information about hemodynamics. Defines the morphological findings
and consequences of circulatory disorders, knows the types of bleeding.
9-Explains the basic principles of neoplasia.
10- Learns the basic concepts of neoplasia.
11- Understand the etiology and development mechanisms of neoplasia.
12- Knows adequately how to approach neoplastic patients.
