Course Objectives: Explaining the vision and strategy of a brand from Turkey, which is among the leading companies in the ready made garment sector in 47 countries and close to 1000 stores, to the students through concrete examples and real cases. To Address the 360 degree branding process by addressing issues such as marketing, product strategy, procrument, risk management and employee engagement in the direction of globalization, gaining the leadership of the sector and then protecting it.

Course Content

According to the topic of the course, a different company manager will participate every week and, a global brand, LCW will be presented with examples and real cases. Lessons learned in the classroom will be supported with the field visits to the headquarter and stores. All content will be processed in accordance with the perspective of becoming a global brand.
