Course Objectives: | To explain the transportation, processing and consumption chain of food, which includes the main sustainability issues related to foods, within the requirements of sustainable philosophy. |

The course focuses on concrete methods, such as regenerative agriculture techniques, sustainability in the food industry, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, supply chain and reduced food waste. It will provide a broad overview of the economy. Technological and political aspects will also be addressed in the implementation of sustainable food solutions. |
