Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to convey the theoretical and technical knowledge of food cultures in different regions and countries of the world. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; Students who successfully complete this course will be able to cook foods belonging to different geographies in different continents, recognize food cultures and interpret their relationships. |
Culinary cultures of countries and cities in North America, Africa and Asia constitute the content of this course. |
