Course Objectives: | Using nursing models and theories in accordance with the student's nursing philosophy and individual needs; to provide knowledge and skills to protect and develop health of individual, family and community, to diagnose health problems, to plan, implement and evaluate appropriate interventions. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; "1. Understands the nature and process of nursing. 2. Determine the problems of the healthy / sick individual, plan, implement and evaluate the care process according to a model. 3. Takes safety precautions for the patient. 4. Comprehends and applies patient acceptance and discharge, bed making. 5. Understands and applies hot and cold applications. 6. Comprehends and applies self-care applications. 7. Knows asepsis and applies asepsis rules. 8. Understand and apply oral and parenteral drug applications. 9. Understands and applies excretion, respiratory and urinary system applications." |
In line with the Life Model Based Nursing Model; data collection for health diagnostics, patient movement and body mechanics, patient acceptance and discharge, hot and cold application, self-care applications, asepsis, drug applications, excretory, respiratory and urinary system and theoretical applications and applications for applications. |
