Course Objectives: This course aims to gain students knowledge about ambulance equipments and to give experience about emergency first responses evaluating the vital signs of the newborn, child and adult patients.

Learning Outputs

The students who have succeeded in this course;
Respond to the emergency cases evaluating vital signs,
Can assess the patient's condition
Apply methods of primary and secondary examinations for patients,
Apply cardiopulmonary resuscitation for the newborn, child and adult patients,
Apply methods of using ambulance equipments in injury cases

Course Content

In this course, students are taught for the rules of evaluating injury cases, the rules of primary and secondary examination, fatal rhythms and emergency response, syncop coma reasons and emergency response, ambulance equipments.
