Course Objectives: | This course will relate all optical instruments, optical structure and usage related to optics profession. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; 1) Basic elements of optical instruments (mirrors, lenses and prisms) can be categorized 2) It may be interested in the basic characteristics of optical instruments. 3) (S)He will be able to examine the working principle of the camera and the magnifiers. 4) The special microscope will be able to discuss about optical varieties and their usage areas 5) The optical structure of the phocometer and Pupillametrene will be able to discuss the types and principles of use. 6) Recognition of ophthalmic optical instruments used in ophthalmology examination can compare the variety of these instruments, optical structures and fields of use by showing the difference. |
