Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to gain competency in effective clinical assistance specific to the fields of specialization in dentistry, to gain workflow regulation skills through patient follow-up programs used in practice and clinical environments, and to provide information on treatment protocols and patient relations.
According to the program objectives, this course enables the student to learn the practical applications in the profession of oral health technician correctly and capability to perform.

Learning Outputs

The students who have succeeded in this course;
Explains how to make ergonomic dentistry assistant in accordance with the four-handed dentistry principle.
Explains the use of different x-ray devices used in dentistry and the recording of images in digital environments.
Explains the regulation of patient-clinical-laboratory workflow.
Recognize the instruments and materials used in dentistry.
