Course Objectives: | To give information about sterilization and disinfection methods in dentistry clinic |
The students who have succeeded in this course; Will be able to define sterilization and disinfection in dentistry. |
This course includes the basics of infection control, dental infections, occupational health and vaccines, prevention of cross-infection, methods used for sterilization of instruments and materials in oral and dental health centers, surface decontamination, waste management in oral and dental health centers, sterilization control steps. |
